Due to this transition, you will see a couple of policy changes:
1. You are now required to provide your credit card information to secure your appointment (just like a hotel reservation). Rest assured that nothing will be charged unless you cancel after the 2-hour window or you are marked as "no-show." You can still pay with cash and major credit cards after you receive a massage.
2. "No-Show" policy - The cancelation policy changed to "2 hours" prior to your appointment time. After the 2-hour window, the "no-show" charge may incur. The "no-show" charge is 50% of the full price. However, a late or last-minute cancelation does not necessarily result in a charge. I will handle each situation as appropriately and fairly as possible. "No-show" without any communication will most likely result in a charge.
Recently, there has been an increase in no-shows without prior communication. I apologize for any inconvenience and the necessity of implementing measures in response to this situation. I appreciate your understanding.

Your session will be designed just for you, based on your needs, preferences,
and hopes, as well as the pre-session interview/assessment on
your body structure. It can be just for relaxation, focus primarily
on your chronic conditions/pains, or be as "sensual" as you
wish. You choose what I do for you*.
Male clients can choose whether to be draped or covered with a sheet/towel
as you feel comfortable. All female clients will be draped with
a clean and soft sheet (and a blanket as necessary) for your comfort.
