About The Therapist
Hi, my name is Eiki Yoshikawa (pronounced as "Achy").
The Session
All of your sessions with me will be tailored just for you, based on your preferences, needs, and hopes, as well as the pre-session assessment. Since everyone is different and even the same person can be different on different days, we will have a brief pre-session interview to determine your particular needs every time you come in.

I was born in Kyoto, Japan, in 1966. After graduating from a Japanese university, I earned a degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin in 1993. I then spent 10 years in the San Francisco Bay Area, including seven years with a leading high-tech company, before returning to Austin in January 2004. In 2005, I obtained a Certificate in American Sign Language Studies from Austin Community College.
That same year, I began my massage therapy training at The Lauterstein-Conway Massage School, completing 300 hours of training for my Texas massage license in 2006, followed by an additional 250 hours in May 2008. I have been practicing massage therapy and bodywork since February 2007. In 2010, I expanded my practice to include Hawaiian Lomi Lomi (Sacred Lomi®, Temple Style). The following year, I started a new chapter of my life in Dallas, TX.
My specialties include Deep Massage (The Lauterstein Method), Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, and Clinical Bodywork.
